This week’s spotlight goes to our very own project manager @damii_jay 🥳 Dammi is an MRICS chartered project manager surveyor at Rehoboth Property International and The Hill Hub.
She has over 9 years worth of project management experience. She has worked with a number of high net worth clients while also working with the Shangri-La, Legal & General and the NHS. She also specialises in refurbishments and worked with clients such as The Marriott hotel brand, The Hill Hub and Selfridges.
Due to the lack of representation in her field, she has risen above limitations and obstacles and is demonstrating that young, black women can dominate the property and construction industry. She aims to show the younger generation that it is possible to succeed in this industry regardless of the odds.
