It consists of a dedicated creative hub with spaces for photography, video editing, podcasting and more, 11 private offices across 4 floors ranging from 3 to 11 desks, over 30 coworking desks across 2 floors, and 3 meeting rooms.

Private Office Space

Our private offices range in size from 4 person to 22 person spaces. These spaces are great for anyone looking for a space they want to make their own as you have free range to design it to fit your culture and vision. They come fully furnished with chairs, desks and pedestals. The offices are all equipped with wifi making it easier for you to use the building’s spaces by always staying connected anywhere you go.

Coworking Space

These are the fixed desks we offer to clients. Each desk is standard size and comes with a locker for you to leave your items in overnight. With a coworking space you get 24/7 access to your desk, wifi, as well as a business address. Never worry about missing a parcel again when at work as it can be delivered straight to our reception.

Event Space

Our event space provides a versatile and welcoming environment for all occasions, be it a wedding, a business conference or even a baby shower. The space can be arranged and repurposed to fit your needs as necessary. The space holds up to 270 people so feel free to invite all the friends and family you want (even that weird cousin).

Creative Hub

Our creative hub has a variety of spaces that are built to accommodate creative minds of various disciplines. It consists of a photography studio, a podcast studio, a videography studio, and an editing suite to help you tie everything together.

Virtual Office

The virtual office gives you a registered business address, business telephone number (which we answer for you), postal handling, and access to meeting rooms when needed. This is great for startups to help keep overheads down, or those that are fully working from home but want to keep their business details separate from their home address.
